Mission

KLARO Solutions Inc. serves cooperatives, farmer associations, small agricultural businesses, and institutional buyers, including HORECA, across the Philippines, with planned expansion into Southeast Asia. Through an AI-assisted, OCR-powered web platform, we convert handwritten and fragmented operational records into structured, decision-ready data that businesses can act on and markets can trust. We sustain this work through subscription revenue and throughput-driven data services, built on the belief that every farmer and small business deserves a fair chance at growth and market access, and that data is the foundation that makes both possible. Our distinction is data and throughput as a competitive moat, meeting operators where they already work instead of forcing a change at the point of sale, unlike traditional POS tools, spreadsheets, or pen-and-paper. As a social enterprise, we measure our impact by how many previously invisible producers become visible and bankable to the markets they supply. As we grow, we are committed to building a team that shares ownership of this mission and is supported to do its best work.

Values

  1. Meet people where they are. We build for handwriting and paper first, not the other way around. We do not force a workflow change at the point of sale.
  2. Data is dignity, not surveillance. We extract data to make producers provable to buyers and lenders, not to extract value from them without return.
  3. Throughput over vanity metrics. We measure success by volume moved and market access created, not signups or screen time.
  4. Built with the field, not for it. Product decisions come from months in terminals and cooperatives like NVAT and G4G, not assumptions from a desk.
  5. Own the mission as a team. Even pre-revenue, we are building toward a team structure, not a founder-only operation.
